ADAPAZARI(İZMİT) TEN  HABERLER

Zirai Donatım alanı üzerinde bulunan eski fabrika yapılarının kullanılamayacak olanlarının yıkım çalışması tamamlanmıştır. Kent Parkın uygulama projesi hazırlanmış olup 26 Mart’ta yapım ihalesine çıkılacaktır. Uygulama projesi; 130.000 m² Peyzaj Düzenlemesi ve peyzaj alanını sulayacak 750 m³ lük 2 adet Su Deposu yapımı; servis ve sosyal donatı alanları,14.000 m² büyüklüğünde gölet ve gölet üzerinde 2 adet bağlantı köprüsü yapımı, yürüyüş yollarının yapımını içermektedir. 159 dönüm arazi Kent Parkı olarak hayata geçirildiğinde Adapazarılılar dinlenecekleri, gezebilecekleri, eşsiz bir mekana kavuşmuş olacaklardır.

Orman İşletmesi’nin yanında bulunan dişbudak ağaçları ile kaplı eşsiz alanda düzenlenen Orman Park, 11.04.2006 tarihinde inşaatı tamamlanarak hizmete açıldı. 759 bin YTL’ye ihalesi yapılan ve 18 dönüm arazi üzerine kurulan Orman Park; kafeteryaları, çocuk parkı, oturma grupları ve ahşap yaya yolları ile kentimizin yeni mesire alanlarından biri haline geldi.

 

Sakarya Nehrini şehirle bütünleştirmek için görüntü kirliliği ve inşaat enkazlarının döküldüğü alanları temizleme ve düzenleme çalışmaları tamamlandı. Projenin yapılacağı alana ilişkin mülkiyet sorunları halledilmiş olup, uygulama projesi mimarlar ekibi tarafından hazırlanmaktadır. Sakarya Nehri kıyısı boyunca uzanan bu alanda amaç; yapılacak sosyal donatı ve rekreasyon alanlarıyla hemşerilerimize yeni bir dinlence alanı kazandırmaktır.

PROJECT FOR KENT PARK
 EXISTING GREEN AREAS IN WHOLE CITY OF ADAPAZARI
 

There are 500000 people living in the city of Adapazari according to the population records in year 2004. The calculation of required green area gives that the city center of Adapazari must have 20 ha green area, but now the green area in the city center is only 5 ha. Thus there is a lack of 15 ha.

REQUIREMENT OF NEW GREEN AREAS

 

Nowadays the problem of lack of green area in big cities is valid also for the city of Adapazari. The importance of green area in city centers is different than picnic areas and forests, which exist far from city center, with this reason in the city especially close to the center green areas must be created and served for the inhabitants.

 

Parks in the cities should be classified as the small ones serving to the residential areas and the bigger ones, which will serve the whole city when the green areas are planned in the cities. Small size parks can be planned in parcel base. A parcel or combination of few parcels may be used in small size applications. Macro scale areas are required for the projects of city parks. The area must be enough for all activities planned in the Kent park.

 

Specially city parks with their big scale and many activities help also the city to breath and play an important role in reduction of air pollution. Today in USA and Europe, almost in all cities in the city centers, there are big parks, which are serving inhabitants. The inhabitants can rest any time by going to these parks, which are in walking distance without going out side the city. These parks serve workers after working hours, students after school, old people, children and invalid people in any hours in a day. There are positive effects of these parks on the inhabitants living in tiresome and stressful conditions of city life. By going to these areas they both live in nature and get rid of the stress.

 


THE PLAN OF CONVERTING ZIRAI DONATIM AREA TO GREEN AREA

 

The place, which will be chosen for a city park, should be close to the city center because of possible activities in it. Furthermore, it should be in a municipality area because of highly cost of private areas. The area which belonged to “Zirai Donatim Kurumu” (former tractor factory from 1930s) is the only area answering all these requirements.

 

 

 

 

THE DESIGN MADE FOR KENT PARK

After the factory was closed ,it’s area was given to municipality for recreational purposes. The project developed by architect Piotr Ostojski Ostoja in cooperation with the project coordinator Dr. Serhad Soyhan has functions for entertainment, leisure, sports, social education, culture and dining. The objective of the Project is to serve all income groups.

 

 

THE AREA OF THE ZIRAI DONATIM FACTORY

The Adapazari Kent park is planned in 170 000 m2 area in the city center consisting more than 1000 trees older than 45 years old. There will be diverse landscape, big lawns, lake (12000 m2), 2 hills, 3 bridges, river, enormous rocks, and plenty of old and new trees. We will also have enough parking areas, restaurants, cafeterias, playing ground for children and green areas open for pedestrians. It will have picnic areas, a winter garden, a rose garden, museum and cycling roads and even a boutique hotel. Restoration plans are made for several old factory buildings and they will get new functions.
